Accessibility statement

Warrants & Co. works to bring its website in line with the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at level AA. Accessibility is reviewed whenever new content is published and whenever the interface changes.

This statement covers the whole site published at warrantsco.com, in both its Spanish and English versions.

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 at level AA: it meets most of the criteria, with the exceptions set out below under known limitations.

• A hierarchical heading structure and named regions, so the page can be navigated section by section with a screen reader.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element and an opening link to skip straight to the content.
• Sufficient colour contrast between text and background. Colour appears only where it means something —a position up or down, the series in the comparison tool— and never as the sole way of conveying information.
• Alternative text on images that carry information, and decorative marking on those that only set a mood.
• Respect for the system preference to reduce motion: when it is on, reveals and scrolling effects are switched off.
• Data tables with associated headers and an alternative reading on small screens that avoids horizontal scrolling.
• The language declared on every page and at each point where the language changes, so screen readers pronounce the text correctly.
• Text resizable up to 200% with no loss of content or functionality, and a layout usable in both portrait and landscape.

• Downloadable PDF documents may not fully meet document accessibility criteria. If you need the content of a thesis in another format, write to us and we will provide it.
• The portfolio performance chart can be traversed with a keyboard and has a text description, but reading it point by point is more comfortable in the holdings table.
• The press headlines linked from the news section come from external outlets, over whose accessibility we have no control.

Statement prepared on 1 September 2026 through self-assessment by the team, with manual review of keyboard and screen-reader navigation and automated checks of contrast and structure.

It is reviewed at least once a year and whenever the site's interface changes substantially.

You can use that same address to request an alternative format for any content you cannot access, including the theses published as PDFs.

We acknowledge receipt within five working days at most and tell you how long we expect a fix to take.

You can repeat the request to the same address and we will handle it separately from the first one. This statement is published voluntarily: the site is not part of the public sector and the complaints procedure of Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 does not apply to it, but we take on the same commitment to respond.
