Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of access to Warrants & Co. content: the recurring membership, the founding seat and the individual purchase of a single investment thesis. Buying any of them means accepting these terms as published at the time of purchase.

The publisher's identifying details, the nature of what we publish and the limits of our liability are set out in the legal notice, which forms part of these terms and is read alongside them.

Three ways into the same thing, which are not the same thing:

• Monthly or annual membership: access to every published thesis and to those published while it lasts, plus the private area. It renews automatically each period until cancelled.
• Founding seat: one payment. Access never expires and the price is locked for life. Seats are limited and the number is published on the plans page.
• Single thesis: one payment that opens that specific thesis permanently, with no renewal of any kind. It is tied to the account it is bought with and gives no access to the other theses or to the members' area.

Some theses are published in the open and require buying nothing. What is sold is access to the reserved ones, not the public information on the site, which stays public.

The prices in force are the following, and they are what is charged: the plans page, this document and the checkout all read the same figure.

Prices are in euros and include applicable indirect taxes where relevant. Where the law requires the tax of the buyer's country of residence to be charged, the final amount is calculated at checkout before the payment is confirmed and is shown itemised.

Prices may change at any time. A change never affects a period already paid for or a thesis already bought, and it applies to a live membership only at the next renewal, with at least thirty days' notice by email. Founding seats are excluded from any repricing.

The process is the same in all three cases: pick the product on the site, press the payment button, and the provider asks for your email, your card details and, where needed, a billing address. The total amount and what you are buying are shown before you confirm.

The contract is formed when the provider confirms the charge. Access is granted automatically from that moment and a confirmation email is sent to the address that paid. That email, together with the invoice, is the record of the contract: keep it.

The language of the contract is Spanish. This English version is a courtesy translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.

Payment is made through an external payment service provider that complies with the PCI DSS standard, by card or by any other method that provider offers at the time of purchase. Payment details are entered directly in their environment: they never pass through this site, we never see them and we never store them.

If a renewal charge fails, the provider retries it under its own policy. If it is never collected, access stops renewing and expires at the end of the last period paid for, with no extra charge and no penalty.

Delivery is immediate and digital. Buying any of the three requires an account, created free of charge under «Sign in», which on its own grants no access to any paid content. A membership or a founding seat enables it while they are live; a single thesis is stored in it permanently. If a payment arrives with no account attached, one is created and its credentials are emailed to the address that paid.

Content can be read on the site and downloaded as a PDF while access is live. A thesis bought on its own never becomes unavailable: it does not expire even if nothing else is ever bought.

If access is not granted because of a technical fault, write to us with the email that paid and it is fixed at no cost. The charge is recorded even if the browser is closed halfway through.

Membership is bought in periods of one month or one year, depending on the plan, and renews automatically for equal periods until cancelled. Each renewal is charged to the same payment method.

Cancellation can be requested at any time and without giving reasons, from the billing portal reached from your own account, with no need to write and no need to wait for a reply. It takes effect at the end of the current period: access stays intact until that day and no further renewal is charged.

Founding seats and single theses have no duration and no renewal: they are one-off payments and there is nothing to cancel.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days without giving reasons. This right has an express statutory exception for digital content supplied immediately.

Before charging you, the checkout asks you to expressly request that performance begin immediately and to acknowledge that, once access is granted, you lose the right of withdrawal. If you give that consent and the content becomes available, the right is extinguished under article 103(m) of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act.

If you never access the content and withdraw within the period, the refund is full and is made by the same means of payment within fourteen calendar days at most. To exercise it, write to us at contacto@warrantsco.com with the email you paid with; no form and no particular wording is required.

Every charge generates its invoice automatically, with the details given at checkout, and it is sent to the same address as the access. They are all kept in the billing portal too, which opens from your account.

If you need the invoice in a company's name, give its registered name, address and tax number at the time of payment: reissuing an invoice is possible, but getting it right first is faster for everyone.

Access is granted personally and is not transferable, for your own non-commercial use. Sharing credentials or access links is not allowed, and neither is redistributing, reselling or republishing the content, in whole or in part, by any means.

We may suspend access where we detect shared, automated or otherwise non-compliant use. If a suspension turns out to be unjustified, it is reversed and the lost time is credited; if it is justified, it gives no right to a refund.

We may change these terms to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The version that applies to a contract is the one published at the time of purchase, and every change is published with its date.

If a change materially affects a live membership, we give at least thirty days' notice by email and it can be cancelled at no cost before the change takes effect.

As a consumer you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, without prejudice to your right to complain to the competent consumer authorities or to the courts.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction under the applicable rules, which for anyone acting as a consumer are those of their place of residence.
