A purchase never expires, but the link that opens it in this browser does: it lasts a year and is lost when you switch device or clear your browser. Enter the email you paid with and we will send it again.

The link is not a password: it only states that the email is yours. What opens each thesis is the recorded purchase, checked every time you come back.

We publish one thesis a month in the open, in full and asking for nothing in return. It is not a trimmed sample: it is exactly the report members get.

What people usually ask

Do I have to register in order to buy?: Yes, and it is free. Everything you buy — a membership, a founding seat and a single thesis too — is tied to an account, which is how you get in afterwards. Registering is four fields and commits you to nothing: the account on its own opens no paid content. What it fixes is the old problem, where a thesis you had bought depended on a link in your inbox that expired after a year and was lost when you changed phone. Now it lives in your account, and there it stays.
I have only bought one thesis. What do I get inside?: That thesis, for good, under «My theses», plus your details and your invoices. Not the private theses, not the clinic, not the tools: those come with the membership and buying one report does not open them. If you ever subscribe, it is added on top without losing anything you already had.
How do I cancel?: On your own, in two clicks: in your account, “Manage payment” opens the provider's portal and you cancel there, without writing to us or waiting for a reply. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, so you lose nothing. After that the account stays, with its whole history, and paying again reopens it. Theses bought on their own are unaffected, because they are not a membership.
Can I move from monthly to annual?: Yes. Cancel the monthly plan from “Manage payment” — it runs to the end of the period — and take the annual one whenever you like. If you would rather not lose a single day, write to us before paying and we will add the remaining days to the new period.
Can I get a refund?: Not on a single thesis: it opens the moment you pay, and that extinguishes the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, as it does for any digital content delivered instantly. We tell you before charging you, not after. A membership can be cancelled whenever you like; what cannot be undone is a period already used.
Is this financial advice?: No. The theses are our own analysis, for information and education, and the portfolio is ours. There is no personalised recommendation and no one's money under management: everyone decides on their own judgement and carries their own risk.
Do you issue invoices?: Yes. The payment provider issues one automatically with the details you give at checkout, and it arrives at the same address as your access. They are all kept in the billing portal too, which you can open from your account whenever you need.
How do I pay?: By card, and by whatever other methods the checkout shows at the time of payment. The provider is external and PCI DSS compliant: the card number never passes through this site, we do not see it, we do not store it, and we could not if we wanted to.
